Neil Daniel is our lead audiologist, and he is also the owner and joint director of Beckenham hearing. Neil is a fully qualified audiologist and registered hearing aid dispenser, with a BSc. honours degree in hearing science.
Neil is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), Registration Council for Clinical Physiologists (RCCP), Academy for Healthcare Science (AHCS), Association of Independent Hearing Healthcare Professionals (AIHHP), and is a Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser (RHAD).

Having worked in the audiological sector for over 25 years, Neil has extensive audiology experience. The breadth of services he can offer are far reaching, however, he remains the ultimate professional and a key specialist in his field within the UK.
Throughout his career, Neil has worked with the worlds’ leading hearing aid manufacturers in the private sector, and in the NHS, training audiologists on the use of diagnostic and hearing aid fitting equipment; allowing them to provide optimum fittings for their patients’ hearing aids. This experience gives Neil an in-depth understanding of hearing aid technology and how to get the very best from a chosen hearing aid device.
Neil has uniquely specialist expertise in hearing aid technology, having originally trained in micro electronics and making hearing aids at the beginning of his career.
Whilst working for the leading hearing aid manufactures, Neil has supported audiologists on difficult and complex fittings, allowing him all the insight and the experience to provide his patients with the best hearing solutions and outcomes.
Beverley has worked within the medical profession, both in Australia and UK, for over 30 years, and is fully qualified and experienced in ear wax removal.
She brings a calm, competent and professional manner to the practice. She is a mother to two beautiful girls and has lived locally in Beckenham for 7 years.
Karen joined the Beckenham Hearing team as receptionist in February 2021, after working within the city banking industry for over 20 years.
She is now enjoying working locally with our patients, assisting and ensuring that their appointments and journey with us runs smoothly.
Kerri Daniel has over 26 years’ experience within the human resources profession, primarily working in the media and legal sectors. Whilst Kerri is joint director of Beckenham Hearing, she is also the head of human resources for a local law firm.
You won’t see Kerri very often as she will be working behind the scenes undertaking projects to help Beckenham Hearing thrive.
